Is this the same as a bar of soap?
No. Our body bars are true soap; the shampoo bar is made differently, as a gentle, pH-balanced, soap-free cleansing bar designed for hair and scalp. That's why it rinses clean instead of leaving the waxy feel regular soap can leave in hair.
Does it work for my hair type?
It's made for all hair types, from fine and oily to thick and curly. If your hair is very dry, follow with a conditioner.
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes. It's sulfate/SLS-free and color-safe.
Will my hair need time to adjust?
Most people love it from the first wash. If you're coming from a silicone-heavy shampoo, your hair may feel different for the first few washes while the old buildup rinses out.
How do I keep the bar from going soft?
Let it dry between uses on a soap dish that drains, out of the direct stream of the shower.
